1. For each rose head, remove the bottom set of 5 petals and wrap each in paper then foam. | ||
2. Place the wrapped petals inside the thin usps box on top of a layer of bubble wrap and fill any empty space with more bubble. | ||
3. Put the closed usps box inside a 10" box on top of a thin layer of packing peanuts | ||
4. Bag the rose head with the top set of petals still attached to the bracket. | ||
5. Place rose head carefully in the 10" box (with the usps box) surrounded by packing peanuts. | ||
6. Place 10" box inside crate with other rose heads. Padding each box around all sides with foam. | ||
7. The leaf gets wrapped and placed inside small 3x4x4" box along with light bulbs and hardware. Once inside the crate, secure with wood block and screw. | ||
8. Wearing gloves, bag the brass stem, leaving the plate exposed to screw into the crate. Screw down using two rubber washers per screw until secure. | ||
9. Place bags of Expands around brass stem. Rest them against the branches but be careful to nor create pressure by forcing bags in place. | ||
10. Use the rest of the bags of expands to full the crate on top of the sconce. Place lid on crate and screw in place. The painted corners line up. |
