V 1.0 Stainless Steel (Out of Production)
Stainless steel versions do not need special maintenance and can be cleaned with stainless steel cleaner.

V 1.1 Brass Plated over Stainless Steel (Out of Production)
Brass plated (surface is continuous brass, no silver transitional fillets) is uncoated and will naturally patina over time. It can be cleaned with Brasso or other brass cleaners.

V 2.0 Oiled Brass with Silver Solder (Current)
The brass members are joined with silver solder which is also used to fillet and blend the joints. The surface is protected with an air drying oil coating called Boeshield. Brass and silver will naturally patina over time.

If refinishing is desired, use Boeshield T-9 and 3M Scotch-Brite pads.
